Default H22 in a Civic EG

Apologizing in advance if it's a repost... tho I didn't see anything in a BAsement search

Did anyone else see this?
Preulde H22 in a 5th gen Civic.
It's been an ongoing thing in Honda Tuning supposedly.. but.. it was the first I had read about it.. ( I buy the mag if I happen to be at the 7-11 that month. :exnbp: )

Anyway... did a slight custom tranny job... shift links... new fan...

and... voila! H22 in a Civic

Crazy.

Anyone know of any times and various other stats that thing my put out

I didn't see any in the article

Yeah it was around that time. Even though he managed to wedge those things in, they were mounted pretty crappy compared to today's standards.

They can be damned quick though. You don't have to lean very hard on that much displacement.

yeah, i know the guy that had his done by dr. charles (i have a picture of it somewhere). but another h22 civic parked next to him at a meet and there was a huge difference between the mount the dr. did and the newer one. (i have pictures of both somewhere actually). although, while the newer one looked better, the older one seemed to have better mounts (and more... it had 4 instead of 3).
