Get '92 Integra cloth seats.

If you want to ditch the automatic seatbelts you can switch to the canadian-spec belts. From there if you really want some "racing" seats do yourself a favor and don't get a ricey brand like Tenzo or Arospeed. Recaro SRD or Sparco Torino are about $500 a piece plus brackets but well worth it. If you want to get a 4-point harness or two then go for that. Me personally I like to have a back seat every now and again if for some reason I need to give more than one person a ride so I would get a harness such as this which allows you to take it out and access the back seat relatively easily.

Nah there's a control box for the system. You rip out the control box and all the associated hardware and then either install the canadian-spec regular seatbelts (canadian DA's had no autobelts) or you just rock the harnesses.

Trade me your GSR leather seats for my 01 LS cloth seats. Sell my seats. Do whatever with the $$
