Motors thinking about buying
These are both for my prelude but I'm not sure which to choose:
Here are the specs:

or one that's on this board for sale:
f22b1
it is a 2.2 sohc vtec, it has right around 60,000 miles on the rebuilt motor and around 40,000 on new tranny. it has a clutch masters stage 2 clutch with lighten flywheel.
the motor has been ported and polished, 3 angle valve job, cam, cam gear, undrive pulleys, the intake manifold has been ported and polished, the throttle body is off of a prelude.
stock it has 150 hp and around 120 torque
im pretty sure it has a little bit more than that
the block itself on the f22b1 will hold around 300-350 hp just something to think of.
If he sells it for less then 800 I'll probably get it I know you guys are probably thinking, go with the h22a but their getting played out. I mean their/there so common with motor swaps in civics and del sols and what not, I want something different. Let me know what you guys think, and go ahead and flame cuz I know you are.
