no, really, its true. i'm not saying he didn't exist or anything, but the guy who formed the dating system we used today figured it out by counting backwards from kings, etc. he ended out doing the math wrong. i think its 22 years or so, not that much.

i'm not a christian, but i think if you believe in the christian god, which is what people are referring to in this thread, everything in the universe was created by god. this, i believe would include language. he then also created shit, as in dog shit, horse shit, cow shit.

also, yes it is also currently impossible to know exactly when jesus was born, lived, or died. there are no written records with dates stamped on them (no, the bible does not count). there are no proven artifacts that can be radio-carbon dated, and even the bible itself (as we know it) was written and compiled many many years after jesus' death. the version we know today, the canonized bible, was also very selectively altered and cut by clergymen over the millenia. to use the bible to date something would be horrifically inaccurate. if you have any contradicting information, bring it forward.
