**edit...im pretty sure it is a prelude. the door handles look nothing like a civic...and i remember seeing the rear of the car. the lines of a 92-96 prelude. h:

looks too short to be a Lude...but it may just be that nasty kit and the angle of the pic.
Plus the roof line looked like a Civic to me, but you guys probably know better anyway.
