My friend and I yesterday got into an arguement about different styles of jeans. He said something along the lines of he doesn't like boot cut style jeans because the jeans don't get wider as they near your shoe. I told him that he was wrong, that boot cut jeans are made with a slight flare (getting wider) so that they do fit over boots. I also said straight cut is where the jeans do NOT get wider as they near your foot. He claims there's some other name for jeans that get wider near your foot (not boot cut or flare).

Opinions and help?

There's flare... boot cut.. straight... loose fitting... (and different names for each) Loose fitting and flare, and boot cut are best for... boots. And you're right... there is a SLIGHT flare... (barly noticable)

But I perfer low rise. h:
