Default Need to format a computer running WinXP Pro

I need to format my damn comp, but there is no such thing as DOS anymore. If anybody could tell me how to format ASAP I would be greatly appreciated.

get a win98 or 2000 floppy boot disk. you'll have the option of starting the computer with cd-rom support at a dos prompt.

Bad idea
1) you cant format a partition you are already in.
2) your computer will die with YOU in it.

I wasn't sure if it would let you or not.
but I don't think it would "die"...worst that would happen is he'd lose all his data, which I think he's trying to do anyway. :dunno:
