know what i hate, is when im watching police wildest chases and i see these old ass lincolns or pre-historic fords being driven by scared ass criminals trying to get away from cops. And of course the cops always get them becuase these guys are swerving all over the road not trying to actually get anywere but to the next five feet in front of them. Ive always thought if you put someone out there with a modified car that knows how to drive they would whoop those cops.
Who thinks if they were in one of those chases with their ride they could elude the cops for up to 45 minutes

Eluding the cops is becoming less possible, unless it's at the very beginning. Once they have a runner and they know it's not ending soon, they call the choppers which arrive no more than 10 minutes in to the pursuit, often less. Once the choppers are around you. you will not get away. With your car, at least. I have seen a guy abandon the car near a wooded area with houses and manage to evade... but that's one out of the hundred or so I've seen.

But say you have clear enough roads and you know where you're going, and you know how to drive and have a fast enough car... getting away from cops is amazingly simple. Unless they got your plates.

My car couldn't get away from a 12 year old on a razor scooter... so I'll say no. I could not outrun cops.

and the choppers cant go much faster then 120 mph, so if you have a long enough road and enough power, Im sure you could elude them till they set up road spike's..... in which you dead going that fast and u get a flat no matter if they use the hollow spikes

 

oh, and running from the cop's is just stupid, take the ticket and pay the fine :thumbup:
