The cop did. 2 officers showed up, I was there when they were there, they measured the curve, the road size, the skid marks, the distance from where he entered the grass and came to rest, the distance he skidded on just payment, and they estimated 115 mph, but i doubt he was moving that fast when he hit the tree.
