Default Photoshoppers-need help here!

hey, if i take a picture of a car, say the one i have attached, can i make the color of the car the vogue silver (honda oem) by messing with the hue's etc. i've tried it, but it doesn't look right. it makes it look like a black and white picture on the selected area. any help is appreciated

just outline the blue. then play with all of the adjustments, brightness, color, hue, saturation....its hit or miss. h:
