Regardless of your fuel metering system (i.e. MAP,MAF, AFM, or even carburetor), the eRAM will add 5-6% more Hp to your engines performance. Ideal for use on existing air boxes or Cold air/Aftermarket intake tubes, the eRAM is easy to install and is race and dyno proven to work on most all models of automobiles. We used it on our Speedvision World Challenge GT Porsche and has been used successfully for over 3 years, as well as having documented HP gains at independent dynos. Many other cars have been tested with the eRAM with gains ranging from 7-14hp."

also whatever hp that is increased by the eRAM would be a lot less then the run that thing. 700W is a lot of juice to produce.
You can't get more than what you put in. So they say 700W = 1hp (or almost) then you'd be lucky to get .5hp. that would make it 50% efficient.

1 psi roughly equal to 8-15 HP, depending on application. It says.. "up to 1 psi"... so... you might get 5 HP out of it... that's not unreasonable.
Not worth the time, money, or risk of some tiny piece of cheap plastic breaking off and making its way into the intake.
I also agree with dakar... its likely that it'll make more of a drain on the engine than it helps.
obvious ebay scam... it sounds legitimate, but its not.
