Yeah, from the outside, it looks a bit funky looking but the meat inside is pretty good...if you eat pork.
I'm sure that lechon was actually pretty darn expensive.

i thought that when you buy lechon like that and cook it, its pretty cheap for all the meat that you get:dunno:
