I know this has been covered before.. but those of you who have used them... how long do they last before you have to start using them again?

i like them a lot.

 

i used them, and they got whiter.... but im lazy, so i havent finished the 12 or so packets left.... and this was 5 months ago.

 

Yeah.. I started using them Monday.. Big diff already.
Plus I had my last ciggy a week and a half ago. :thumbup:

I've used them. If you drink coffee, soda, or smoke your teeth will be back to the same shade in a couple weeks. I have to keep using them to maintain the whiteness. I only use them a couple times a week though.

 

Don't drink coffee.. can't... Green tea and water ownz me. No soda either. :dunno:

Green tea is my friend. I've used Crest Night Effects (the liquid stuff). It works. But my friend used it for awhile and as you can tell, it's hard to get them covered (you get the marble effect sometimes). I'm thinking the strips would be easier.
