** sorry for the long post... but really in need of help **

i am not sure if any of you are computer whiz. here is the problem... my best friend suspects his wife of cheating on him... and he has no idea on how to get proof. she leaves the kids at home while she goes out to some guy's house and when he confronted her.. she just said she was there to help him out with some bs stuff. she chats on the net a lot and gots lots of different e-mail add. my friend was wondering if there is a way to recover deleted mail message from the hard drive even after she deletes all the cookies and what not. also, anyone know of some kind of program to install on the the comp so my boy can see everything his girl types behind his back? he works from 8am to 9pm... so all the other times... she is barely home. he lives in some redneck county which doesn't have any PI to investigate for him.. plus he is kinda strapped for cash. they got a 10yr old daughter.. so unless if he's got proof he really don't wanna get divorce for the kid's sake. can someone help him out??? please please.. cuz he's my best bud in the world... and his family and mine are really close... and it hurts me so to see him like that... can someone help? much thanks!

btw, his girl is running on win-xp edition... so i am sure there is some way to recover from that OS.

 

tell him to go buy this program called goback
it will allow him to undelete individual files.

also if he gets the pro version, he can prevent people from deleting the history so his wife can't erase the history.

holy jamoly....i was searchin for something that could take a screenshot every 5 seconds then i found this http://www.spy-software-solutions.com/spector.htm its pricey but maybe it's on the net for free....

iono, wouldn't a program i described be fairly easy to write

 

every 5 seconds would make it take up a lot of space.

 

:werd: plus it's gonna have to be a steath program... cuz otherwise if his girl finds it... then she's not gonna use it. it'll be on a laptop and a desktop... the laptop won't have too much space for that snapshot... i am in the process of asking my friend to ghost the HD so i can then transfer it into another HD here in cali and hopefully be able to dig out some info from that. if only if he lived next door... then i can slap that bitch and torture her till she talks.
