That's a little high.
Gas here in the summer is less then $10
Electricity is $150 and I even have a pool.

This varies by season... gas is more in winter months etc.... when electricity is less in summer months. Both are level pay plan.
We got the A/C going just about daily in summer..... house is 2965 Sq. ft.
