Default big decision, need tips from financial wiseguys

ill keep this short, any questions ask away.. Ive had my integra for almost 2 years, ive never wrecked it, but it gives me alot of crap all the time, im not hard on it, stuff just breaks on it all the time, it was from new york so shiz is rusty on the underbody and crap, so stuff breaks.. ive wanted a enw impreza for years but i got my teg first so i could learn how to drive and drive well, ive only gotten 1 speeding ticket and that was doing 4mph over... i was doing 39 in a 35, was the first time ive even been pulled over for speeding...

anyway a 02' impreza wrx with 32k miles on it, for 16,500 with sat radio, and remote start, and a few other things, its the rally blue color, has the spoiler and everything.. i want it pretty bad, but i know i may have to find a different one,

Now heres the problem.. Im 18, i have no credit, i closed my bank account recently cause i never kept money in it cause i gave all my checks to my parents to pay for my integra, but now the payments are done with, and i have 200 on my back pocket.. i could always get another banka ccount.. The only subaru dealer around here sells 04's and those are near 30,000 dollar cars.. i dont want that, but an 02 for under 18 would be great. I have a new job where im making minimum 220 a week, and once i get good at it i could make 2x that a week.. I live at home, have no g/f to waste money on, so i could earn money strictly for the car... i figure 16,500 car at 300 a month would go for just over 4 years, now for full coverage insurance id be paying 450-500 a month for the next 3 years b4 i turn 21 and my insurance lowers... If i get in a snag and am going to be late for a payment, my parents said they could help me otu of a bind if need be, but i figure ill be making 800 a month at the minimum, save up any extra money for a while, and just dont waste it on anything, i could possibly do it..

now, how do i get a car loan for a car thats on ebay for that kind of money for an 18 year old with no credit.....

Get your parents to co-sign on the car. That will also lower your insurance if the car is in their name.

Though personally, I wouldn't buy a used WRX, awd+turbo= abused.

wrx + 18 year old = disaster waiting to happen.

especially when you have no credit, live at home, and have no responsibilities (ie, bills, rent, etc).

My suggestion is to keep the Teg, 200 might seem like alot but it aint sh**, I get about 500 every 2 weeks which is bout 250 a week. Im 18 also, I have a G/F but I never spend money on her or going out unless its under $20 (she gets mad :chuckles Im currently paying 200 every pay check to my parents for the car I just bought. I hardly have any money left over to roam around after I buy something for my car. My suggestion is to keep the teg for at least a year and fix it, little by little. And also save your $$, so then you wont need a co-signer, youll pay cash :bigok:
