So, if I'm reading this all correctly, they are sueing because their kid videotaped himself with school equipment, then left the tape in the recorder. Later down the line a few kids found the school owned tape, and put it on the internet? How could they sue for that? If you're a dumbass and get caught being a dumbass you can sue? My parents didn't sue the kids who picked on me when I was the class geek. And if you aren't settled in socially and able to shrug off some teasing by his age you're pretty much screwed for life. What happens when he's 30 and his boss dislikes some project he poured his heart and soul in to? Is he going to go home and cry to his mommy?
