i do tech support for sympatico dial and HSE covering ontario and quebec in both french and english.

what a fun job, please don't flame me too hard if you're on sympatico :cry: :bowdown:

were not allowed to speak spanish if a customer needs it cuz um quality is shitty and cant monitor the calls if theyre in spanish.
