franklin county has echeck,...the bigger cities have echeck,..both my cars are registered in ross county,...but atleast i dont have to drive up there to renew my tags every year,...and if you want to see some viet girls,..come to dayton,..ill introduce you to some of my ex girlfriends :naughty:
