well it can be connected via Intranet thru a Citrix application portal ... but we dont have that for people in her position. She was an OVP. She's got the application installed.

i just got yelled at because magic billpayment doesnt magically transmit magic money to a magic payee's magic banking account, it still takes, *gasp* three, THREE!!?!?!?! three business days?! good lord...i could send a check faster!
