im not exactly sure whos dog is it, but im pretty sure its my next door neighbors. they left for vacation i assume, since their car hasnt moved and the slamming of doors arent heard now. but their dog is left in their yard. during the day and nights...even at 2-3am, he starts howling. i feel bad because its the "where is my family" type of howling. but damn it keeps me awake.

im really considering calling the police for disturbance and let them handle it. on the other hand i want to hop the fence and throw a rock or spray water at it.h:

hes been doing this for 5 days. if he was hungry 5 days ago, i doubt he would still be alive

i just went and looked over the fence. the bathroom light is on. i wonder if there is someone inside, or if they left the light on before they left.
