is there a way to format XP without having to load XP back onto the system. the system disk that you make through xp doesn't have good ol' fdisk and if you format using the XP disc it immediately starts installing windows.

I'm tired of the security holes in windows. SuSE Linux here i come..

 

d/l a 98 startup disk and use fdisk

 

was thinkin that, but didn't have time to do it last night.. i guess i'll give it a whirl after work....


fyi.. if you want to dual boot linux and windows... install linux first
