Default DVD Decoder for XP

i was just trying to play a couple DVDs on my computer and i got a message saying windows could not play the DVD beause i dont have a compatible DVD decoder,..anyone know if its possible to download one off the net??? if so where? any info would be appreciated it,..TIA

WinDVD is good and easily setup as the full version :rick:

PowerDVD is supposedly better.... but I never noticed a diffrence.
