So last night I had a dinner [arty with some of marivell's old classmates. Its kind of an ongoing thing where someone has to produce an ethnic theme dinner.

Of course I chose to make filipino food.

Ist course was chicken and pork lumpis (eggrolls) with sweet and sour dipping sauce

next I made chicken and pork spare rib adobo. Its a kid of stew with soy sauce , vinegar, bay leaves, garlic, and peppercorns. Very tasty.

Then I made a dish with chinese string beand and ground turkey, garlic in coconut milk. Good, but not too healthy.

For desert we had filipino icecream

BTW everyone got to drink some san miguel (filipino beer) and a couple bottles of wine.

Anyone else enjoy cooking?

Probably sing a few old song.. This was a guy and and a gal that I sang on the side with. He was the tenor, I sang bas and he of course sang alto- first soprano.
