What car forums have done to me!

never say "Hello!"

if you don't know exactly who you're sending it to, you should always say "To whom it may concern"

I sent this email directly to the advisor with whom I spoke with, in person, about 3 weeks ago. Maybe I shouldn't have said hello though...
