Weight gainer vs Whey Protein?
I have a 4.41lb tub of GNC weight gainer 1850 unopened, I acquired it for free. Should I trade it in for a tub of Whey Protein, or just take the Weight gainer? Someone also suggested taking the new ephedra free Hydroxycut, but I thought it was for weight loss and not putting on mass? For those of you that take protein powder, what flavor do you take and what do you mix with? Thanks peeps.

go with protien. weight gainer is just loads and loads of calories, that's not really waht you're looking for i'm guessing.
and the protien i buy is vanilla flavored and i mix it with orange juice. tastes hella good

So I take it GNC doesn't sell EAS products then. How much do you pay for the EAS whey?
