aren't you supposed to pour it through a sugar cube to help the taste?

 

There's several ways to drink it.. that's one of them... you get an Absinthe spoon... (It has holes in it - a fork works fine) rest it on the glass ( little bigger then a shot glass) about halfway filled with absinthe. Place the sugar cube on the spoon.. and slowly pour cold water over the cube until it's disintigrated.

I mixed it once with Green Tea... not too bad.


A full kit of herbs to make the stuff should be arriving at my house very shortly. :rick:
