gf been staying with me. she wakes up at 5. so do i now. 
however, i sneak back into bed when she leaves 
trying to stay up and eat earlier and workout. we will see

Will, when I would get up early, eat a little something then drive to the gym is really when I hit my "beast mode". In about 6 months I went from benching 265 to 315, and dropped my body fat from 11.2 to 6.8. I am very convinced this is how my body likes to work, and will be resuming this routine once we get my brother's house done.

nudes? Today felt like a Monday to me because I didn't go to work late yesterday. Didn't want to wake up this morning at all, just counting down till the weekend.

hey guys. Nothing on the plate really for today. I'm psyched I tracked down and fixed a really annoying rattle in the saabaru that it's had since I bought it. Thinking of adding a layer of sound insulation throughout the whole car... funny how times change h:
