who cares if u play video games, im 20 and still into video games, hardly have time cause i work and go to school.

 

Hell, I'm tuning 25 in 8 days! I still love firing up GTA-Vice City, Red Faction, or :bowdown: GT3 A-Spec at day's end.

I work part-time, take a full class load at COM, and always help out around the house come dinner; I see at as a reward to myself.

In short, if your GF is pulling that type of "loser" crap, I question what her real complaint is. She may be feeling nelected, and if that's really the case, then that is the real issue to be adressed, not the video games.

Yeah since a lot of the CS players seem to be 15 or younger they tend to be pretty lame. Waaaaaay to much noob bashing I guess it makes them feel better about themselves and their cracking voices and pube-less genitalia. But hey, I ignore it and try my best.

Actually I don't have a job because I graduated in May and haven't really found anything yet. I mailed out resumes and stuff but there just aren't many jobs out there for Industrial Designers. Looks like I'm lined up for a temporary Graphic Design job lasting 3 months. Should be starting in a few weeks. It will be 60-80 hours/week so I basically won't have any time for games.

I don't think it's neglect because she works till 5 and I come see her from then till about 11 pm EVERY NIGHT which is too much for me some times. But I've talked to her about that. I think she's pissed/jealous that she works and I play even though I'm trying to get work and basically have a job lined up. :dunno:

Oh well, I think I'll go drink coffee and pick my nose. :wavey:

 

The biggest portion of the video game market is the 18-35 year old group. So they are mostly marketed towards our age group. Come on... Vice City was made for kids that grew up in the 80s. not some 13 year old kid. Everyone plays video games now a days. You ever see the show Players on G4? Tommy Lee, Busta Rhymes, and a bunch of other famous people all play games.
