Pancakes own!! I can't stand that instant "Just Add Water" pancake mix shit!
Best pancake/waffle flour: http://www.goldenmalted.com
Or just use Bisquick and use the recipe including lemon, sugar and baking powder.
French Toast is aiight...ain't got nothin' on pancakes and waffles though.
About partially uncooked food...most of the time, it rocks! but not in the case of pancakes.
