Which car was the first to have VTEC?
The 92+ Civic EX's had them. I want to know about the 1st Honda, USDM and JDM. I think it is confirmed that the first USDM Honda to implement variable valve timing was the Acura NSX.

VTEC was introduced in the US with the 90 NSX and the 90 CRX Si.
In Japan, i believe the Civic had it first in 88.
