My sis in law's '03 RSX-S which has under 6k miles on it got rear ended today. She's ok but my brother and I are pissed at the stupid soccer mom in the minivan that hit her, car isn't because it now needs to go into the shop and needs to get the whole bumper replaced if they can't fix it.

Why? Guess the statement America is sue happy is right. Why would anyone in their right mind want to go sue someone for a simple fender bender when there are such things as insurance.

my old 03 acura cl got hit by a honda (ironic!). but only the front passenger side of the bumper got hit and was replaced. why cant they replace her bumper?

 

that's right, i often talk myself out of suing in favor of stabbing someone with a broken bottle of guiness.

 

they can..... hes saying they will have to replace the entire bumper, if they cant just fix the area on the bumper...

thats why i think its totally ridiculous to sue for a simple replacement bumper accident......
