whats the music, its like rap, but its probably puerto rican?

i heard it blaring out of this car at a car show. they definatly were hispanic dudes. i dont think theres a lot of bass, its got a lot of highs, and is in spanish...

anyone know? artists, songs, name of it (if there is one)
