As far as parenting abilities I would say Butter's parents for sure.
Definitely agreed. He saw his dad go to gay bathhouses, his mom tried to kill him, they beat him, ground him constantly, etc. I'd also say that Kenny's meth-head, abusive, poor parents are pretty bad.
Whose the worst all-time cartoon parent/parents?
