Anyone use any kind of weight loss supplement? I've been researching on the web some recently and came across Thermo Dynamx. I am currently 6'4 240lbs. I really don't show my weight at all and most people think I'm crazy when I tell them I need to lose weight. My goal is to get down to 205-210 and just be cut. I used to be able to eat anything and never gain a pound. But this past year it seemed as though my metabolism just disappeared. I went to GNC today and purchased a bottle of Thermo Dynamx today and took my first dose. I'm going to begin a steady workout tomorrow so I can join the Workout Crew. I've seen some pretty good feedback on this product and it can really work if you eat right and exercise while taking it. It's also non Ephedrane (sp)..I've got a nice full weight set in the garage that I'll be working out on when not doing cardio too. I'll keep you guys updated on my progress. Wish me luck!
