Default almost had to fight a stunna

so I walk next door to my job, to get a soda before work. And I hear this kid talking about driving fast etc. So I good naturedly ask him what kind of car he has. He says he has a civic. I tell him I also have a civic, and isn't it a shame that people that have civics thing that they're fast cars, hahahaah.

So I tell him about how I chip ecus and do custom tuning, etc. and maybe he should look me up, how we can change fuel maps, etc. He tells me about his MSD setup, and tell him that we can do all those same things, plus change vtec crossover. He tells me that he is tired of people talking about vtec. I agree, vtec may be somewhat overhyped, but it's still nice to have.

Some more stuff happened, and he tells the assembled audience of workers how he is going to make a 500 HP civic.

Without vtec.

On his 1.5 liter.

I tell him it's impossible.

I tell him it's impossible.

I tell him it's impossible some more.

I ask him "how many pounds are you going to put on that?"

He says none.

I shake my head as I walk away.

he says something, something supercharger, you just wait.

I say a supercharger is forced induction, and then you're putting pounds on the engine.

I continued walking away.

Wow, I recant my previous dual vtec thread, making people angry by being ignorant sucks ass.

I can dish it out, I just can't take it.

I wanted to fight this kid so bad.

I came back later for a cat5 cable, cause we needed one for work, and the kid hid from me.

Man, I know exactly how you feel. One of my old friends from norcal IM'd me the other night...he has a 00 GSR. Well he said "hittin 12's all mota" and I'm thinking to myself...maybe he's a built 2liter vtec, or a built h22...."got a b16 stroked to b18" I didn't even bother talking to him after that. "i got skunk2 adjustable cams, everything built, sleeved, 12.5 compression"

Yeah, you go ahead and think you're gonna run 12's all motor, in a full interior integra, with a little 1.8 liter. No.

Vtec killer cams. They just run the huge cam lobes all the time. Vtec is great for street cars, keep a small cam lobe for gas mileage/economy, and then have a big lobe for power. In a race car, you just want power...why bother with the small lobes? They all launch higher than a stock vtec crossover anyways.
