Workout Squad....
So I finally got motivated to start working out again, and I'm planning a workout routine. So far I have my abs, chest, and back programs set up, I need biceps, triceps, shoulders, and legs. I'll be using a free weight setup that I have here, so no pulley/machine exercises please

I need to put on some weight, and add some muscle mass. I'll be doing short reps with more weight to put on mass, and then cutting it later.

ooo...for triceps i LOVE the skull crushers!!!
shoulders..pretty much just raising dumbells (while sitting) from shoulder level to above your head
biceps..curls. with a curling bar, put your hands different distances from the center of the bar to work different parts of the bicep. other curling exercises can be done while sitting and curling a dumbell to your chest while leaning forward.
i don't do legs, but squats do the trick.
