Go ahead and be as hard on it as you want. Launch on it, shift hard, get on full throttle, ride the clutch, do whatever.
Now if you want your clutch to last past the break in period, you need 500 miles of city driving, stop and go....freeway miles don't count. Be easy on it, don't shift hard, ride the clutch, launch, or get on the throttle too much.

I just got the exedy organic racing clutch installed thursday. How long should I break it in, 500 miles as stated above too?
Getting on the throttle hard once and downshifting from 5th to 3rd once won't kill it right?
I promise I won't do it again, just say I'll be good as long as I don't do it again.
