toe-heel
Every downshift, I rev-match.
Every corner I take, I heel-toe.
a) it saves your transmission
b) it puts you in the powerband to accelerate out of the corner quicker
c) you don't get that nasty whiplash from regular downshifting

I started rev matching a long time ago on my downshifts, and it's second nature now. Heel-toeing takes some getting used to, and practice to get it right.
Oh and Dom, you should try downshifting before you get to the corner of the off ramp from the freeway :fawk:
