1. We can ban by IP address
2. We can contact the ISP and report an abuse issue if it comes to that and if the user is using a dial-up account
3. Who would be such a loser that would register under a different name because he/she was banned from a web board? I mean, if they don't want you there....leave. Why stick around if you're not wanted? :dunno:
