Damn, how many people here work for a call center?

I used to be with HP, god that was bad enough....now I'm with Roadrunner....not as bad, but still horrible.

I called Time Warner cause my cable internet stopped working. Turns out my firewall was on in the background and keeping me from browsing. :doh:

that happens a lot...most of the time people dont even realize it.

yeah I knew the connection was working cause it was sending and receiving information but I couldn't connect to any sites. After the guy told me to call my firewall manufacturer I opened the firewall program (zonelabs) and one by one allowed programs to access the internet until it worked.
