best advice is don't goto places where your worried about someone getting your IP.
It's like asking how do you walk down the middle of a crowded New York street without anyone able to see your face and with out anyone thinking you look suspicious. If you really have to go through that much trouble, it's time to rethink what your trying to really do. Maybe you shouldn't be doing it.
