Whoever it is claims to have been born in 1964 trying to predate everyone on the board, by claiming to be 39. But unfortunately his command of the English language says that he isn't that old. People of that age are very careful in the selection of words and are trying not to sound juvenile, especially people who's first language is not English. They also don't need to sound cool to be cool.
