What is this pho of which we speak of

Pho - pronounced "fuh" is a beef stock based soup most often served with very thinly sliced strips of rare flank steak and garnished with bean sprouts, basil and jalepenos for spice. Seasoned with plum sauce and scirracha to taste. Very clean and refreshing broth.

There are several versions of the soup including a chicken version or more traditional combo of beef, tendons and ligaments. (my fave).
