Stacker2. Its pretty good. Some of it might have been psychological because I was already pumped, but i felt alot better then the Ripped Fuel.

RF you take 2 pills... Stacker2 you take one that is smaller too.

I also ran a mile in 7:58 today. My last fastest mile was 9:08 i think... and that was like 3 days ago.

Only bad part is I did feel it was more potent. After my run I had an slightly faster heart rate, and I was a little light headed. I felt so damn energetic though. The negatives went away about 15 after the running too, and after that it was pure energy.

I recommend it. I would say NEVER take more then one, just because I usually have a tolerence to these, but I dont dare right now.

Oh yea. I decided to take ONLY Ephedra free products... not because I dont believe they are safe right now, but because of lots of critisizm I am recieving. Plus its gonna be a banned substance by the end of the year... so might as well get off it now.

also i never really trusted the stackers and stuff like that...too commercial...i mean u can buy a pack of 2 at sheetz...so its not really a supplement...its more like a when u need it kinds thing...:dunno:
