i have the biggest headache!
every time i go to sleep during the day for a few hours, i wake up with a huge, pulsating, headache. :wtf: 
im in so much pain right now just sitting down. laying down relieves the pressure. :happysad:

i was a quick nap. at least i wanted it to be. ended up being asleep for 2 hours.
