Help me out.
I'm about to buy a 1993 300zx that I seen on eBay, but I called the guy up and he's going to end the auction early so that I don't have to worry about losing the auction. The problem is I have to send the money via wire transfer, or cashiers check, but is there any way I can make sure that if he doesnt ship the car I can still be able to recover my money? I'm sure this guy is legit because his feedback reviews are all good and he works for an actual company which is a licensed dealer. The company is called RPM Lenders which is located in Inglewood, CA. I just want to see if anyone has had any similar situations. I dont know if I have to ask him to write up a contract before I send him money or what.
