not a coffee drinker at all. I drink 2 diet cokes per day, and that is my daily allotment of caffeine The people who spend $5 a day on starbucks freak me out. That is hardly better than smoking 2 packs a day, IMO. Waste of money and definitely not good for you.

I really dislike coffee. Thankfully I don't have any problem getting up/staying awake in the morning without it. Went camping this weekend and everyone was fussing over trying to get water to boil for coffee, and I just drank my water in peace. Brewing it at home or at the office is fine, but I agree w/ Dave -- the people who spend $5 every day on a simple drink seem retarded to me.

Coffee...is actually very beneficial to you. Now, don't get me wrong, the double whipped extra cream fat latte's aren't, but coffee in itself has been proven to be very anti-radical as well as new findings of it warding of certain melanomas.

The caffeine in it is another story, however.

Green tea now. Any more caffeine makes me a fumbling idiot in lab.
