OBX is not CARB exempt, so you'll have to put your stock airbox on, or get an intake with a CARB sticker. Other than that you should be ok if the motor runs clean.

why not, it's bi-annual and I didn't have to do it last year.

No carb sticker on it, will that be a problem?

Yes it will be a problem. You'll fail visual inspection.

I guess I should start looking for a stock airbox then, mine got crunched when I got into my accident, I kept the rest of it though.

Aight, I'll fix that then. What about my exhaust, does that have to be carb exempt too?

They don't care about anything past the cat, because it won't change emissions. As long as you have the stock cat, and your header should have the CARB plate on it, you should be fine.

stock cat? check. CARB plate on header? check.

Sounds like I just need to get ahold of a stock intake
