i just think it's funny how you take ONE incident against you and you blame it on the entire site.. like you just said.. "60% of the site steals.. well.. 1 person" uhh.. is 60% of the site 1 person??

seriously.. you want to know what i think.. ever since you joined the site.. you haven't posted one bit of helpful or useful information.. you just used the site to post random stuff that had nothing really to contribute to the site whatsoever. heck.. you were banned once because you kept on arguing and flaming with other members and you purposely ignored warnings from the moderators.. soo that's why you were banned twice.

so don't get all butthurt over it because you just didn't listen to our warnings to just STOP arguing and postwhoring pointless things. and personally.. i think it's more childish and immature to go onto other forums telling false information and ranting off about another site just because it didn't go YOUR way.

I got in a fight with that guy because he didnt do jack shit but use flitters in photo shop...and every one was on his shit... but you mods over there suck and you know that site is dieing and sucks big time

Get over it man. If you are ripped off from a deal that takes place across the web it is the same as any private dealing. The site is neither liable nor responsible for making sure any of the transactions are either legal or even transpire.

This would be the equivelant of suing the phone company because you talked to someone over the phone and sent them money and got taken....or the newspaper, etc.

The most a site can do is save a thread that the transaction was arranged in or take down the users IP address in case the police want to investigate and contact the site.

Aside from that its $50 deal with it I have seen people lose a lot more than that in one transaction. Its like spending all your money lottery tickets then suing because you didn't win....accept the risks and that once in a while it is going to happen no matter who you are and know who you are dealing with.
